Master-degree Program “EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT” initiate educators to meet the particular challenges facing education today, providing a modern and scientific perspective on educational administration and leadership. The program aims to specialize teachers based on the scientific field of Educational Administration, so that they become competent executives who will create positive educational experiences for all those involved in the educational process – students, teachers, and parents. Furthermore, they are contributing to the continuous improvement of the school experience, and promoting and transforming the school into a learning organization. The Program is addressed to focus on future teachers of primary and secondary education.
The Program lasts three semesters. A necessary condition for participation in the selection process is the knowledge of the English or German language at least B2 level, certified by official diplomas. Holders of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree from an English-speaking or German-speaking University are exempted from this obligation.
Tuition fees are estimated in 2,350 euros for the entire duration of studies and are paid in three installments. The courses are held every Friday afternoon and Saturday morning and there is the possibility of teaching the courses by means of distance education according with the legal provisions. The assessment of the candidates is based on the file of each candidate that has been submitted to the Secretariat.
The announcement of the admission is announced on the website every April of this year.
