The Secretariat

The mission of the Secretariat is to support the administrative function of the Department. As part of its mission, the Secretariat has the following responsibilities, the execution of which complies with the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data:

  • handling the correspondence of the Department
  • implementing the decisions of the Department Assembly
  • maintaining the protocol and records of the Department
  • preparing and keeping the registers and individual files of students in the electronic secretariat application
  • monitoring attendance (registrations, grade announcements, etc.)
  • issuing certificates, diplomas, and degrees to students
  • planning and implementing the protocol for the graduation ceremonies of all degrees awarded by the Department
  • issuing student IDs
  • managing the proposed textbooks in the Evdoxos application
  • timely posting of required announcements on the Department’s website.

The Secretariat of the Department of Primary Education is located on the ground floor of the Roza Imbrioti building, Papastratos complex, and is open for students from Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
