Laboratory of Educational Technologies and Educational Software Development

The Laboratory of Educational Technologies and Educational Software Development (LETESD) focuses on two main objectives: first, the exploration of ways to effectively integrate educational technology—and particularly Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)—into teaching practice; and second, the design and development of high-quality educational software that supports effective teaching and learning across all subject areas and educational levels.

Students receive training in the use and pedagogical application of computers, the Internet, and educational media in teaching. They also gain experience in producing traditional educational materials and in developing simple multimedia and hypermedia educational applications.

Members: Vasilis Kollias (Director), Legantis Giannelos
