Passive adherence to textbooks and faithful coverage of a predetermined curriculum are no longer sufficient. Thus, designing a lesson has become more intricate, and educators should be able to plan lessons with a focus on non-frontal and non-monophonic teaching, collaborative work, greater autonomy on the part of students, and the integration of all forms of diversity encountered in the modern learning and teaching environment. Ultimately, educators need to be able to create an environment of interactive discovery, choosing teaching goals, creating or adapting existing teaching materials, designing lessons and teaching approaches, and evaluating their teaching work.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ode.pre.uth.gr\/home\/\"><b>Educational Administration and Management<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Master-degree Program \u201cEDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT\u201d initiate educators to meet the particular challenges facing education today, providing a modern and scientific perspective on educational administration and leadership. The program aims to specialize teachers based on the scientific field of Educational Administration, so that they become competent executives who will create positive educational experiences for all those involved in the educational process \u2013 students, teachers, and parents. Furthermore, they are contributing to the continuous improvement of the school experience, and promoting and transforming the school into a learning organization.
